BRANDON COOK

Brandon is a writer, teacher, and coach who helps high performers and everyday leaders engage deep personal transformation. With academic roots at Wheaton College, Jerusalem University College, Brandeis University, and Oxford University, he now serves as the president of The Seven Elementals and hosts the Naming the Real podcast. Brandon has spent decades exploring what it means to build a life from the inside out—not just a life of success, but of fruitfulness. His work is marked by fierce presence, honest self-discovery, and a passion for seeing people step into freedom. He lives with his family in the mountains of Western North Carolina.

JANE PERRY

Jane is an executive coach who works with Fortune 500 and Global 500 leaders to deepen clarity, presence, and personal alignment. Her coaching integrates neurobiology, somatic wisdom, and deep listening, helping clients lead with confidence and peace. She co-leads the Leadership Coaching Academy with Brandon Cook, training high-capacity individuals in the craft of leadership coaching. Jane draws from her degree in Biology and her own healing journey through chronic illness. Her client list includes Boeing, MIT, the US Army Rangers, and Chick-fil-A. She lives in New Hampshire with her nearly grown kids, and loves paddle-boarding, yoga, and walks in the woods.

STEPHEN BACKHOUSE

Stephen is a strategist and leadership developer who works with companies, nonprofits, and governments on complex multi-stakeholder problems. His clients range from fin-tech startups and sustainability firms to global NGOs and public policy groups. With a doctorate from the University of Oxford, Stephen is a world-recognized expert on the political theology of Søren Kierkegaard, whose work shapes his approach to authenticity, power, and group dynamics. Stephen teaches widely and consults across sectors, bringing philosophical insight to real-world challenges. Originally from Canada, he now lives in the UK and finds renewal walking the Sussex Downs.

AUSTIN HAMILTON

Austin is a transformational life coach who helps individuals and couples speak truth, heal shame, and rewrite stories of brokenness into ones of connection and hope. He specializes in recovery from Unwanted Sexual Behavior and Betrayal Trauma, helping clients move toward deep intimacy and restored relationships. Austin also hosts a live show that reaches millions, inviting people to explore their relational history and take bold, honest steps toward the life and relationships they were made for. With a unique blend of empathy, insight, and practical wisdom, he creates a space where people feel safe to face hard truths and imagine new futures. His work challenges cultural narratives of shame and isolation, offering a path toward meaningful change and connection.

BRYAN ROUANZOIN

Bryan supports leaders and organizations to move beyond current limitations, discover new possibilities, and create meaningful futures for themselves and those they serve. As a pastor, transformational coach, and strategic leader, Bryan has worked within churches, universities, and marketplace environments to help people navigate the complexities of personal & organizational growth with curiosity and courage. He is especially passionate about walking with people in midlife who are seeking renewed purpose and greater integration. As a communicator and facilitator, he designs experiences that blend insight with soulfulness and move people toward meaningful change.
